What does the "Maintenance & support" basic module include?

Ongoing system and security updates, monitoring of uptime/error sources, 15 minutes of change time per month, priority support by e-mail and a dedicated contact person. Goal: stable, secure and always up-to-date website.

How quickly does VELUNO respond to support requests?

Within business hours, we usually respond on the same day. Critical incidents (outages, security events) are prioritized immediately - including proactive status updates until they are resolved.

What is covered by the monthly 15-minute changes?

Small text/image adjustments, link updates, small CSS fixes, redirects, form field changes, etc. We bundle larger tasks into "additional support time" and coordinate them with you in advance.

How are updates planned and installed?

We patch regularly in maintenance windows. First test in a staging environment, then roll out securely live (incl. backup & rollback plan). Critical security updates are made immediately.
