Are prices net or gross?
The prices shown are net prices plus VAT (unless otherwise stated).
How is payment made?
Conveniently via the store (e.g. Stripe). With your purchase you agree to our guidelines and privacy policy.
Which SEO services are included?
Standard SEO: Page titles, meta descriptions, clean heading structure, speaking URLs (if possible) and high-performance delivery.
What is not included?
Advanced SEO (schema, GEO, AEO, local SEO, campaigns), online store & payment functions, product configurators, extensive tools/calculators and automated booking systems.
Can I book advanced SEO?
Yes, extensive SEO/GEO/AEO services can be booked separately in the "Hosting, Service & Optimization" package.
How does the project work?
Kickoff & content → design draft → implementation → review/refinement → go-live. Optional support/optimization thereafter.
How long does the implementation take?
Depending on size, 7-60 working days. One-pagers faster, multi-page projects correspondingly longer.
How many correction loops are included?
A lean design review and an implementation fine loop are included. More by arrangement.
Is hosting included in the price?
No. Hosting & maintenance can be booked separately ("Hosting, Service & Optimization"). External hosting is possible.
Which systems do you use?
Depending on requirements: static, CMS (e.g. WordPress), headless or framework-based. Goal: fast, secure, maintainable.
Is the site GDPR-compliant?
Imprint & data protection page are included. Tracking/third party services are only integrated on request.
Do I own design & content?
Yes, after full payment you will receive the rights to use the created website and the commissioned content.
Can I maintain content myself later?
Yes, on request we can set up a suitable CMS so that you can edit texts and images independently.
Do I have to supply my own material?
You can provide content. Alternatively, VELUNO will take care of the creation per page (120 € incl. text & images).
Which languages are possible?
Multilingualism is optional and is calculated separately for each language/page.
Are there any restrictions on special functions?
Yes - complex special functions (store, payment processes, configurators, automations) are not included and are offered separately.
How are withdrawal & cancellation regulated?
The guidelines linked in the store apply. Services already rendered will be invoiced on a pro rata basis.
