Do you work remotely or on site?
We work 100% digitally/remotely. Coordination takes place via video, telephone and ticket system. On-site appointments are possible by arrangement.

No, no fixed minimum purchase and no fixed term. For larger projects, we recommend retainers or milestone packages.
Which payment methods are possible?
Bank transfer, digital payment solutions on request. Payment term and down payment depending on project volume as per offer/contract.
Are you working in our Git repository?
Gladly. We develop in your GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket repo (branch strategy, PR reviews) or provide our own repo.
How is deployment & versioning done?
Automated via CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), with separate environments (Dev/Staging/Prod), SemVer releases and rollback strategies.
Do you support different CMS/shop systems?
Yes, incl. headless setups. We check feasibility & update path and develop compatible extensions.
Is hosting included?
No. Hosting/servers are not included and can be mapped via our hosting/service package or existing providers.

Yes, we take care of updates, monitoring, incident handling and continuous optimization via retainer/service packages.
How quickly do you respond to problems?
During development within the agreed service times. For operation, we offer SLA response times by agreement.
Can internal teams develop together with you?
With pleasure. We work collaboratively, create guidelines, share repos/boards and provide coaching/developer onboarding on request.
Do we get documentation & handover?
Yes. Technical documentation, readme, env specifications, deploy steps and a handover call on request are all part of the acceptance process.
